ADP Lightspeed Support Scores 96% Customer Satisfaction
Investments in Training, Personnel and Systems Help Increase Customer Satisfaction by 11% in Three Years.
SALT LAKE CITY, UT January 25, 2010 – ADP Lightspeed, a premier provider of Dealer Management Solutions, reported today that its Technical Support team received 96% satisfaction through a recent survey.
Clients of ADP Lightspeed are surveyed on a regular basis through an independent third party to gauge satisfaction levels. The most recent survey process began in November 2009 and revealed an 11% increase of dealers who were very satisfied or satisfied with the level of support they received from ADP Lightspeed.
“We are very excited about the results of the survey,” said Dan Jacobson, Director of Client Services for ADP Lightspeed. “Technical support is a vital part of the services ADP Lightspeed provides. This past year we have made major investments in the training of our support representatives, upgraded our phone systems, and implemented new service processes to ensure our customers receive fast, reliable, and professional support. We see this as an excellent indication that we are on the right path and plan to make additional improvements to continue to deliver high satisfaction levels.”
Beyond overall satisfaction, the survey also queried dealers on the ADP Lightspeed support representatives’ ability to quickly provide an answer to a customer inquiry and overall system knowledge. .
